Appointment Policies: ABQ, Rio Rancho & Santa Fe, NM

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. An invoice will be issued to you after you book your appointment and the deposit is due within 48 hours. 

 

This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your scan. 

 

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your scan. 

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. 

 

If you fail to attend your appointment (“no-show”) or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

How to prepare for your exam:

To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these simple guidelines before your appointment:

 

  1. Avoid eating a meal 4-5 hours before your scan to minimize gas interference. 
  2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the abdomen (from ribs to below the belly button) and upper thigh. Your technician will need to raise your top slightly and lower your bottoms to scan these areas. You will be provided with a drape for privacy and comfort during the scan. 
 

The total scan time is approximately 30 minutes.
